I have spent my career in jobs that allow me to gain people’s trust! I truly enjoy talking to strangers and creating a bond. Maybe it’s the small town farm girl in me…but I think everyone is unique and has a story that I love hearing. Growing up in a small town has instilled my most important skills in life which are characteristic to my full-time business in Real Estate.
I was taught to listen to people so you can learn. I was taught that attention to detail goes a long way, especially in real estate. I also was taught that if you do what you say you are going to do, it means your word is trustworthy! Being a fulltime agent is rewarding in so many ways. I find it rewarding helping the 1st time home buyer “learn” what homeownership means and entails, and even more so when they come back to you as a move-up buyer! Helping someone list their home is not a sign in the yard, it comes with crunching numbers, packing up memories and presenting the home so it can be someone’s new adventure.
